Arbolian Jerk 1/26/92

3 tbs         Arbol chile powder

16oz          Spicy V8

1 lb           ground beef

1 lb           sausage

1 1/2 lb      jerk seasoned pork

1 can         chicken broth

16 oz         peeled tomatoes

2 cans        tomato paste

2 cans        green chopped chiles

1              spanish onion

1 can         black olives

1 bunch      spring onions

2 tsp         black pepper

2 tsp         garlic paste

2 stalks      celery

1 1/2 tbs    ginger

1 tbs         paprika

3 cans           peeled tomatos

1 can            chicken broth

1 can            tomatoes and green chiles

2 cans           tomato paste

1 tbs            black pepper

1 tbs            cilantro

1 tbs            mexican oregano

2 tbs            molasses

1 1/2 tbs       palm sugar

1 tbs            cascabel chile pepper ground

1                medium white onion

2                shallots

1                yellow pepper

1 can          chicken broth

12 oz          spicy V8

1 can          green chiles chopped

1 1/2 lb       pork marinated in red curry paste

1 1/4 lb       ground beef

1 can          mexican stewed tomatos

2 cans         peeled tomatos

2 cans         tomato paste

12 oz          coconut milk

1.75 oz       tom ka paste

10             dried chiles

1               orange pepper

1               yellow pepper

2               fresh tomatos

2               mint sprigs

1 tbs           sweet basil

1 tsp           ginger

2               cilantro sprigs

10             kaffir lime leaves

1              red onion

1              yellow onion

1/2 tbs       palm sugar

1 tsp         turmeric

1/2 tsp       black pepper

8            mint leaves

1/2          small fresh pineapple

2 1/2 lbs    ground beef

1 1/2 lbs    stew beef

1 can        chicken broth

16 oz        peeled tomatos

1 can        green chiles chopped

1 can        stewed tomatos

1 can        tomato paste

1            red onion

1            green pepper

4            sprigs mint

1 1/2 tbs  cilantro
